Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Unsh Creatives, a studio run by M. Shehroz Kashif as a sole proprietor in Pakistan. They apply to all work we do for you.

The work

Your proposal sets out the work, the dates and the price. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.

Payment

We send an invoice. You pay it using one of the ways on our Pay page. You pay 50% to start. We start work when it is paid. You pay the other 50% before we send the final files.

Changes

You get unlimited changes for 14 days after we send the first draft. Changes must stay inside the brief. New products, new concepts or new image types are new work. We tell you before we charge.

Who owns the work

When you have paid in full, you own the final files. You can use them on any store, ad or site. We may show the work in our portfolio only with your written permission.

Keeping your files

We keep your files for 90 days after we deliver. Ask in that time and we send them again. After 90 days we may delete them, so keep your own copy.

Your materials

You confirm you have the right to send us your photos, logos and product details. You confirm the claims you ask us to show are true.

Results

We can’t promise sales or rankings. Results depend on many things we don’t control, like price, reviews, stock and ads.

Store rules

We design to Amazon and Walmart rules as they stand when we deliver. Stores can change their rules. If they do, ask us about updates.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
